1. General Overview
By accessing or placing an order on this website ("Ethiopian Coffee Store (ECS)", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. This store is operated in accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree No. M/126) and its Implementing Regulations, and is registered as an online store with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce (Maroof / Saudi Business Center e-commerce authentication).

2. Who We Are
Ethiopian Coffee Store (ECS) sells goods imported from Ethiopia and other countries of origin (including coffee, spices, and leather goods), delivered to customers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Product origin is disclosed on each product page.

3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your account. Guest checkout is also available. Users under 18 must use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Pricing, Invoicing, and VAT
All product prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of 15% VAT unless stated otherwise. Pursuant to ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) requirements, a compliant electronic invoice (Fatoorah) is generated for every order at checkout.

5. Payments
Payments are processed through Moyasar, a SAMA-licensed payment service provider supporting Mada, Visa/Mastercard, and Apple Pay. We do not store your full card details on our servers — Moyasar's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure handles and secures all card data (see Privacy Policy, Section 3). Occasional purchases using international cards from outside Saudi Arabia are accepted, though our delivery service is limited to addresses within the Kingdom.

6. Order Modifications
You may request changes to your delivery details or order items within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting customer support, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

7. Service Availability and Errors
In the event of an inadvertent pricing or inventory error, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with Saudi consumer protection regulations and, where applicable, before the competent Saudi courts or committees.
